We are three creatives and friends who are seeking a new housemate to fill a gorgeous double en suite room in our shared 1st floor flat.

We are preferably looking for a female housemate who is clean, tidy but most importantly friendly and looking for a shared communal environment. Our main goal is for the house to feel like a home. We are looking for a housemate who will be happy with us cooking together or watching movies together on occasion etc. We have a cozy vibe with plenty of pots of tea and handmade things. We’re not a party house but equally don't want it to feel cold and unwelcoming.

If you are a creative that is a bonus but by no means essential!

The room is £800 excluding bills and available from 1st May 2026. Double en suite room with view of garden. We have access to the garden which is shared with the flat downstairs. The image of the bedroom is as it currently is but please bear in mind it will be unfurnished.

Council Tax is for Lambeth. Bills can be discussed in further communications.
