Hi,

I have a double room to rent in a cosy and tidy house available from now.

The bedroom has a double bed, a bedside table, a lamp, a wall mirror, a built-in wardrobe and lovely green views.

The house has recently been redecorated. The shared areas would be a kitchen with new fridge and washing machine (and plenty of herbs if you like cooking), the living room and dining room (see photos), and the bathroom, which has a shower and a bathtube. There is also lots of storage space in an easily accessible loft, and space for a bike in a lockable shed. The house has a small garden which is brilliant when the sun’s out.

The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac off Chester Road – on street parking is never a problem. It's a great location for commuting, both to the city centre and to Salford Quays, as well as in easy reach to the M6. There’s a Metrolink stop short walk away too, and very frequent buses to the city entre and universities. Lidl, a 24hr Tesco Superstore and petrol station, and Stretford Leisure Centre are only down the road.

The rent would include most (broadband, water, gas and electricity)

I’m a no-drama, open-minded, easy going and quite tidy person and looking for like-minded flatmate. I’m away most of the weekends or out running/ meeting friends.
