NO GUESTS, VISITORS OR OVERNIGHT STAYS unless authorised for special occasion. House is within 5 minutes walk from the following amenities:- stretford leisure centre, G. P. and pharmacy, local public house, cafes , takeaways, hairdressers, 24hr Tesco Extra, late opening Co-Operative, local park, local Mall is within 10 minutes drive by car, Trafford centre is 15 mins by car, city center less than 10 minutes by car. Easy access to bus and metro. Bus stop is 5 mins walk. 10 min walk from white city retail park where there is new aldi and iceland also new Lidl opposite Tesco. Please note, if you are a SMOKER DONT COME BECAUSE I AM ALLERGIC TO CIGARETTES AND EVEN THE AFTER SMELL. THERE IS NO DINING OR LIVING ROOM. read the ad carefully. i prefer you put some kind of profile for a viewing either on site or via text. laundry facilities can be made available but will be strictly supervised and monitored.
