Hi,
I was wondering if there are any students in Manchester looking for a place to stay next year?

The house I'm staying in now is really nice and I would like to stay. My housemate is moving out over the summer, so I am looking for someone to replace him in this house for 2 tenants.
He is looking to hand on the contract around the 9th of July so you could move in anytime around then or even before if it benefits. Ideally, if you like it, then we could stay on for another year. However the immediate contract runs out at the end of October.

House details:
Address is 19 Taylor's Road Stretford
Rent is £550 per month + bills (£60 on average per month).
Fully furnished, 3 bedrooms (2 large, 1 small), 2 large lounge spaces, 1 bathroom, 1 open plan kitchen, small backyard with shed.
