There is a washing machine and large shared kitchen and living area. I am a live in landlord, a professional working in the education sector and also a student lives here too. We get on well and hope that the next tenant will fit in nicely. Can provide pictures on request or show via video call and also happy for in person viewings too. I have two small friendly dogs and so would need to be okay with dogs as they are very much house pets. House is very clean and decorated to a high standard. There is a large back garden with beautiful decking to enjoy in the summer. There is plenty of parking in the street and there is also a drive I don't use myself.
