5 bedroom period house in Ashbrooke, near Sunderland. I am a live-in landlord, currently in hospital following a back injury. I expect to be return to the house in July. I currently have two female flatmates and 23 and 26, and sadly one leaves in August.
We have a male tabby cat called Filbert who's very affectionate. Looking for someone who'll bounce around the place and be sociable. There's large rooms and a couple of lounges, with big fireplaces and high ceilings. Friendly and safe neighbourhood.
I'll doubtless be in a wheelchair when I return, and may need a carer popping in daily to assist me. I certainly wouldn't expect my flatmates to help look after me! I may be restricted to the basement level, using the lounge (pictured with round table and blue chairs) as a bedroom.
