Current household apart from me is Charlotte (23), a computer scientist. Another couple in their twenties live here too, but are travelling for ten weeks, so can offer a short-term let in their absence. The room available - our spareroom - is the last one in the pics, with the dark yellow walls.
Preference is for someone who'll bounce around the place and be sociable but quieter types perfectly fine! There's large rooms and a couple of lounges, with big fireplaces and high ceilings. Friendly and safe neighbourhood.
I'm a retired live-in landlord. Having sustained a back injury a bit of help running the house is desirable!
