Hi, we have 1 very spacious room to let with double bed, wardrobe, desk and good storage space.

The house is directly opposite Sunderland Royal Hospital, so would be ideal for hospital staff. The property is also situated close to a variety of amenities nearby such as shops and transport links..

The rent is £520 per month, and a deposit of £300 is also required.

Our current tenants all work at the hospital on shifts. There are 4 rooms in the house and we currently have 1 female and 2 male tenants (and they're all lovely!)

We can only let the rooms to single occupiers, so no couples, sorry!

References, right to rent and affordability checks will be carried out on all applicants. A homeowner guarantor may be required.
