The location is very convenient for Kingston University, which is within walking distance. I studied there myself and used to come home for lunch between classes, so it is genuinely practical for anyone studying or working around Kingston.

The room is downstairs, giving it a little more privacy and separation from the upstairs sleeping areas.

The house has been recently freshly painted and is kept warm and well maintained. Shared areas are professionally cleaned once a week.

You will also have use of a smart tumble dryer, espresso capsule machine with milk frother, a very large garden with garden furniture, and a BBQ.

There is a main bathroom with toilet upstairs and an additional separate toilet downstairs.

A Monday-to-Friday arrangement can also be considered for a professional who only needs accommodation during the working week, with the rent adjusted accordingly.

I am looking for a professional male lodger for single occupancy. Age is not important — I am mainly looking for someone clean, respectful, responsible and easy to live with.
