We unfortunately had a housemate drop out in the month preceding our tenancy and so are looking to fill our that slot in our student home.

The rooms are fairly large, come with double beds and are well furnished. Our living area is generous with a nook for watch parties and movie nights as well as space to lounge and eat. There is space in the garden to relax as well as a parking space out front.

We are looking for anyone who is clean and respectful, but we are a pretty easy flat to get along with.
