Hey! We're Charlotte (20), Liv (20) and Tash (25) — three friends looking for a new flatmate to join our home 😊

Quick heads up on why we're posting last minute: our original flatmate lined up had to pull out at the very last minute, so we're now on the hunt for someone to move in fairly urgently — ideally by the end of this week or next.

I'm moving out this week October myself, and I'm honestly going to miss these two so much. Looking for someone lovely to take my place who'll enjoy living with them as much as I have.

📍 Location: Surbiton — right by the station, ~20 mins to Waterloo, ~15 mins to Clapham. Bus stop right outside the house too, 10 minutes into Kingston. Safe, friendly area and genuinely great value for London.

👩‍💻 Us: Liv's a dance teacher, Tash works in events management.

🏠 The vibe: A good balance — we love a cosy night in, a pub night out, and being social, but we equally value our own space. No pressure to always be "on," everyone respects each other's downtime.

We're after someone friendly, easygoing, and tidy-ish (realistic about it, don't worry!) — happy to have a kitchen debrief with a glass of wine after work, but just as happy doing their own thing.
