There are three full communal bathrooms each with a shower, and these are shared between six rooms. Largest room has its ownensuite bathroom.

The property is strictly non-smoking - both inside and garden areas and this is strictly enforced.

The property is less than 10 minutes bus ride from Penrhyn Road Campus an 5 mins to Surbiton station with 24hr bus stop in front of the house: The following buses stop outside the house: 71, 465, 671, K1 and K4. There is also and a Tesco supermarket with ATM/Petrol station only 2 mins away plus takeaway food outlets.
