The bedroom and bathroom overlook the rear of the property in a quiet area of Surbiton (Berrylands)
The main room offers a smart tv and wifi access which is inc in rental as are all other bills.
The bedroom also incudes, two large double wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a desk and chair, plus an armchair can be provided if required.
The private bathroom has a toilet and hand basin plus shower over bath with a fixed shower door.
The décor in both rooms is prominently white with pale grey. It is quiet and tranquil and a really great place to relax.
You will also have full use of the kitchen, including oven and hob, air fryer, toaster and utensils. etc There is a washing machine and drier included. Shelf space in the fridge and freezer plus cupboard storage.
The property has a large private garden to which you will have full use.
Whilst there is no off-street parking, there are no on-Street parking restrictions on the quiet roads nearby.
There is a bus stop 200 mtrs from the front door which serves both Berrylands (5mins)and Surbiton (10-15mins) mainline train stations running into London Waterloo (20 mins). This bus will also take you into Kingston town centre.
I work from home running my business. I am here most days and evenings.
