Hi, I have 2 double bedroom to let available in a Brand New Apartment near Kingston University and Kingston Hospital. It is situated only 5 minutes walk from Surbiton Station. One minute walk from Sainsbury and 3 minutes walk from Libarary. It is very close to all amenities. All bills are included including Wifi and council tax. The flat is very safe and it's got CCTV intercom system.

One of the room has got it's own terrace which the rent is £850 a month and the other room rent is £800 per month. We will require half a month deposit. There is a massive sitting area with terrace. There is also a hall. The apartment is quiet spacious. The house got 2 toilet.

As we are living a couple so we prefer a professional female. We are very easy going. The age of the new flat mate does not matter. We just want the new flat mate to keep the house clean as we will do. The rooms available now. If there is any query please get in touch.
