There is a bus stop directly outside the house, making it very easy to get around. Surbiton Station is around a 10-minute walk away, while Kingston is approximately 15 minutes away by bus.

The location is very convenient for everyday needs, with Sainsbury’s, M&S, Waitrose and Co-op all nearby, as well as other local shops and amenities.

The replacement will be arranged officially through the letting agency and will be subject to their approval and referencing process.

The room is available from 4 October for £995 per month, including all bills and council tax. Optional Parking is available at an additional cost.
