I have this beautiful end terrace house in the heart of Surbiton and am looking for someone to join me and my cat Misty.

I have lived in the UK for over 10 years. I work in information security and my passions are spinning, pilates, food & generally a nice time. I like a calm and relaxed home with people up for a chat & wine or a movie on occasion but also happy with quiet time and their own space. I'm clean and tidy and looking for the same. Also looking for people who are considerate and keep relatively standard professional hours.

The property has previously undergone extensive renovations and benefits from high end appliances as well as air-conditioning throughout (very handy during the heatwaves we have been experiencing). There is also a 9kg washing machine and separate dryer (which is useful in the winter for drying clothes) and a dishwasher.

There is a lovely living room with an open plan kitchen (inc. an island that also acts as a dining table). The kitchen is at the back of the house, where the bifold doors open onto a south facing spacious garden (great in the summer). All furnished.

The room currently comes with a king sized bed (and mattress) with storage underneath and two IKEA chest of drawers. There are also additional wardrobes in the opposite room if you require additional storage, as well as additional space in the eaves for storing bulky items like luggage.

The location is amazing, a 5 minute walk to Surbiton station (with a fast 18 minute train into Waterloo) and lovely walks along the river into Kingston - perfect if you like running!

The Maple Road shops are at the end of the street with a beautiful French boulangerie/pâtisserie, lovely pub and other restaurants. Plus they do an amazing farmers market once a month!
