This is a private annexe with entrance to self contained annexe flat and own private veranda with table, chairs and parasol (and views over the Hampshire countryside!)

Inside, the annexe is open plan throughout. There is a standard double bed downstairs and then a mezzanine floor accessed by a ladder for storage.

Washing macchine ànd freezer space accessible in outbuilding of main house. We do not have a tumble drier.

Weekly clean àt £15 per week is an additional cost for lodger to cover in cash/advance. If a full hour is not needed, then we can adjust time/cost for cleaning.
