This is a large en-suite room above our garage. It’s a quiet area and the annex is to one end of the house. You will have your own entrance and all bills are included.
The annex offers a bedroom with lovely views, desk, small fridge, toaster and microwave. The bathroom has a shower and separate bath. There is also a dressing area and plenty of storage.
Gated, off road parking.
We are a friendly, welcoming couple with a dog and cat.
Location: We’re in a quiet area of east Guildford but just a 15 minute walk from town centre shops. London Road station is a 10-15 min walk, main station 30 min walk. Buses within 5 minutes.
