I have a great double room for rent in SW London for just £600 per month, bills included.

The available double room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chests of drawers, shelves, desk, chair, etc. There is also the possibility of extra storage free of charge. The flat is equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas cooker/oven, microwave and strong WiFi.

10 minutes’ walk or 3-4 minutes bus ride from Morden Underground. Bus stop just outside the door. Tram stops close by, too. Shops and parks within walking distance.

This household is suitable for student/professional working single tenant who is ‘respectful’, ‘clean’ and mindful of others and their lives. This is not a party flat although end-of-day chats or regular conversations are welcome. A female tenant preferable as I am often visited by female members of my family who would feel more comfortable around another female.

2-weeks deposit will be also required. We share cleaning duties. The ad is just one room, unfortunately there’s no living room available.
