I have a large double room with ensuite bathroom and a smaller single Bedroom with a bathroom shared with one other person as a short term let available in Carshalton
(South London zone 5) .
Both rooms are quiet and over looks the garden .
Rooms are is in lovely house in a private Road in the heart of Carshalton Village (very quiet location/Private location).
You will be sharing the kitchen and garden free with occasionally me plus one other, i also have a garage if you would like to store a bike, paddleboard.
Cost is £250 a week including bills for the large Double Room with ensiute and £150 per week for the smaller single Bedroom.
Ciosts includes bills and Council Tax
Available for 3 months Max . 1 month minimum this Summer Mid June - Sept.
House is 1 minute walk to Grove Park with River and ponds and Village atmosphere with Westcroft Leisure Centre, Cryer Arts Centre and plenty of cafes and pubs.
It takes me 6 mins to walk from Carshalton train station (30 minute commute to central London 3 mins to Sutton. Also buses to Morden ( northern line), Tooting, Kingston, East Croydon and Heathrow Airport so Ideal spot i'm happy here
Rooms are available for single occupancy only, Single room available immediately and Double from 15 June to move straight in fully furnished .
I’m an actor ,Theatre maker running my own business. I also have my daughter who stays occasionally with me i will be travelling a lot during the Summer and you will be sharing House with my other lodger who is an Artist.
