A small, single room for an affordable price in Morden. Across the road from Morden Park, on a main bus route and five to ten minutes from the Northern Line. It's the end of the line so you always get a seat on your morning commute 😉

The room is furnished with a single bed and a small wardrobe. Theoretically you could fit a double bed if you wanted to. You would just need to figure out what to do with the current bed, as it belongs to the property.

The deposit is £793.27 - this site won't allow that number for some reason. This is one quarter of the total deposit for the house, which is shared equally between the housemates.

We are a friendly house, very relaxed and welcoming. We enjoy cooking together, BBQ in the yard any time of year and are happy to have any of the flatmates friends around.

We work in events and are building businesses so have irregular patterns. Still, we like to achieve a balance and there is plenty of peace and quiet to be had.

We also have a large double, en-suite room available, so if that is more to your liking please feel free to enquire.
