We are looking for somone who would enjoy living in a quiet and spacious double roon in our new townhouse.
The house has 3 bedroons and 3 bath/shower rooms, with a shared kitcen and dining area. At the moment, only two friendly people live in the property.
The room is fully furnished with an attoman bed, clothes rail, drawers, bookshelves, a desk and chair. You also have your own private shower cubicle. Please note that the wash basin in that bathroom is occasionally used by us.
We have a medium-sized, friendly dog, so you would need to be comfortable with dogs.
The house is conveniently located very close to Hacbridge Station and Lidl.
All bills and WiFi are included.
We ask for one month's notixe and a deposit equivalent to one month's rent.
