Please note, this is only available for weekday lodging and is not to live in full-time. Ideally suited for someone who works close to Sutton or in Central London, but lives far away. Needs a base to stay at during the week and plans to go home for the weekends. Ideally looking for someone who will arrive on Monday after work and leave for the weekend on Friday morning. You’re welcome to leave your things here on the weekends.

The room itself is a large double bedroom with a king size bed, smart TV, desk and your own wardrobe and drawers to use. The vibe in the flat is very chilled and peaceful and it’s in a quiet and friendly block. There’s some parking on site but it’s 6 spaces, so they aren’t always free and my current lodger uses the garage. There’s free street parking 30 secs away and it’s in a safe and pleasant area. Otherwise you can park for free directly outside after 6:30pm and before 8:00am, I’ve added a map showing this in the pictures. The flat is a 5 minute walk from Sutton Train Station and the high street.

It’s a spacious, 2 double bedroom flat. where I’m looking to rent both bedrooms on a Monday to Friday basis. One rooms currently been taken so I’m now looking for someone who would like to use this room advertised.

The living room isn’t shared because I’ve converted it into my room. The kitchen is a separate room so you’ll always have access to that.
