Hi 👋
This is a studio annex with its own independent entrance at the end of our garden. Access from the street is via a side gate. It’s completely independent from the main building.
We’re looking to rent on a short term basis. Minimum 1 week - max 3 months. Price is £300 per week or £1250 per month. Deposit only required for longer stays (1 month+)
All bills are inclusive. Wi-if with independent router is included.
We provide all of the kitchen utensils, plates, glasses etc. Towels, bedding and all the other essentials. The place is set up for you to arrive with only your personal belongings and be able to live like in a holiday home or AirBnb.
There’s washing facilities for clothes located in a utility area outside in the garden. Or, there’s also a laundrette at the end of the road. (Less that 100m)
Within 2 mins walking distance, there are some shops, take aways and a couple of restaurants.
You will also be within 10 mins walk to Sutton Town Centre. There’s 3 train stations within 15mins walking distance. They each have fast service trains to London Victoria or London Bridge. Around 25mins to get in to central London. As well as routes in the other direction out into Surrey.
The nearest tube is Morden, this is 20 min bus ride away. There’s also lots of bus services and e-bike hire, e. g Forrest Bike
Easy to explore Surrey and the South coast from this location. There’s free parking available as well.
The studio is brand new, yet to be stayed in. Photos taken 21/06 :)
Sorry, the property is no longer available
