We are looking to rent a double and a single room in our family home . We prefer ladies only as there quite a few ladies in the house. The rooms are furnished and pleasant. Shared spaces include a large kitchen , living room and a fantastic garden. You will be sharing a bathroom with one person who is based on the same floor. Since it is a family home we are only looking at renting to a female preferably a working professional but students also will be considered. No smoking and no guests may be entertained as there are children in the family home. We are a couple with 3 daughters with whom you will be sharing the common shared spaces. This is a Halal household so we would expect the person to respect this aspect and accordingly conduct themselves. The property is quite close to the Sutton station and town centre, about 15 mins walk.
