Situated next to beautiful Manor Park and a 2 minute walk from all the shops of Sutton High Street. Sutton train station is a 6 minute walk with a fast train service into London Victoria. I’d consider a couple and the rent would be £1,250pcm. All bills are included including council tax, electricity and water.
