As I (girl in her 20s) am moving in with friends (for work), I am sadly leaving my beautiful apartment, which is 7-8 min walk from Wallington station. Great transport links: train to London Bridge (27min), Victoria (42min), Balham (34min). Bus stop practically outside your front door. Free, safe parking at the back (cul de sac).

The HOUSE:
It is a 3 bed flat, fully renovated and modernised only a few years ago. The 3rd bedroom is used for storage. The kitchen is large and separate (with dining space available. The large living room (with loads of windows, massive radiator and a big, comfy leather sofa) would be your room. Currently has a soft, built wardrobe, which stores a lot. And a table, which can be extended is you ptefer. Also some additional storage bits like a unit and shelf. The flat has 1 bathroom (shower and bath!) however you'll only share with 1.5 people, as the second person is barely there.

YOUR HOUSEMATES:
I live with my mum, who is a professional and working (5 days a week, then still on tge laptop on the evenings). Always happy for a quick chat but mainly self contained due to hear heavy work schedule. And my best friend, who has a flexible work pattern at Gatwick, stays with us a few times a week (or sometimes only few days a month - you may not see/hear her at all due to her shifts). She is currently in your room, however will take over mine so you can have the biggest room in the flat!

ABOUT YOU:
NO AGE RESTRICTIONS. Ideally a female. Suitable for a mother and child, couples not preferred.
Smokers allowed, no drugs. Students allowed.
Guests may be allowed, please not all the time and no parties.
