We are looking to rent a double and a single room in our family home . We prefer ladies as there are quite a few ladies in the house. The rooms are furnished , recently renovated to high standards and are very pleasant. Shared spaces include a large kitchen , living room and a fantastic garden. You will be sharing the bathroom with another tenant who'll be based on the same floor. Since it is a family home we are looking at renting to a female preferably a working professional but students also will be considered. We are a professional couple with three daughters. The property is quite close to the Sutton station and town centre, about 10-15 mins walk and very well connected by bus service.
