Nice, clean 2 bedroom apartment with spacious living room( 50" smart tv with Netflix and Youtube),bedrooms, kitchen, and toilet (well heated to needs).
The apartment is in a very nice and calm suburb of Sutton Coldfield B74, opposite a golf course(Sutton Park), close to good hope hospital, single bus to Birmingham city center and Aston University.
Current flat mate (care taker)is gentle, respectful, and levelheaded. The area is quiet and peaceful, just 5 minutes walk to co-ops supermarket, single bus to grace church center, train station and Erdington high street.
No WiFi at the moment using hot-spot, but it could be arranged if required.
I am looking for a calm flatmate to occupy one of the bedrooms for short or long term.
