Advertising on behalf of my mum and dad, who’d be live in landlords. They are in their 60s and work full home. They are very tidy and will leave you to do your own thing.

We got it brand new as a new build , it was completed in April 2021 so everything is still looking great.

Kitchen:
Integrated washer-dryer, fridge & dishwasher.

Garden:
A picnic table which also converts into a bench. Great for hosting people or just chilling & there’s extra garden chairs

Bedroom:

Small double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table & a built in sliding door wardrobe

Bathroom:

The room is en suite, so you’ll have your own shower and toilet.

Parking:
You’d have a space to park your car on the driveway

Living space:
50 inch smart tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, iPlayer, YouTube etc
A desk & ergonomic chair which you can use for home working, eating or whatever else you want to (looking to swap this for a small dining table in future)

Nearby to Burton on Trent, Derby, the Peak District, Nottingham, Leicester & Birmigham - all accessible in under an hour.

Let me know if you have any questions or if you’d like to come and view ☺️
