Hi i have one double to let in my house. Looking for a quite and very tidy person to rent the room out to . I work away most of the time. No party animals. and definitely NON SMOKING/NO ALCOHOL/NO UNEMPLOYED and NO PETS . Sorry had bad experiences with previous room mate. Friends/partner stay overs only with prior arrangement. There is a cleaner who comes in every two weeks which is included in the rent. All bills included.
The house is 10 min from Swanley station . Zone 8 There is a bus stop 10 min away. Goes to quite a few areas. There is no parking available.
