I’m in a live in landlord looking to rent out my spare room. I live in a 3 bedroom, detached house with my King Charles spaniel, Bernie. I work from home for the Welsh Government.
The bedroom is a good size and has a bed, wardrobe and drawers to use. Theres plenty of space for a desk in there too if you need it but you’d have to supply this yourself.
The bathroom will be shared along with the rest of the house and garden. I have good broadband and Sky which you can use.
I’d love to meet first and see if we get along so please get in touch to come view the house and see if we’re a good fit.
