A double room of a generous size in a friendly semi-detached house on a stunning street in an excellent location will be available from the 1st March.

The house has a lounge with table to eat / chill / watch tv and a generous size kitchen. (Currently going through some renovations but image attached gives you an idea)

You have the choice of two bedrooms- 1 (image) which pretty much has its own shower room next to it, and the other room with grey carpet and en-suite. Currently being renovated hence no pics.

Room comes with broadband internet, Smart TV w Netflix etc, very comfortable double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk, and chest of drawers.

The rent is £400 per month and £100 a month for bills.

House is in an excellent location; Less than a 5 minute drive from the new Pentre Awel leisure centre and offices, Machynys golf course, town centre 10 minutes walk away, ASDA Superstore at the bottom end of the street which is a 7 minute walk, as well as a beach, parks, gyms, cafe, library, and excellent cycle paths all within a 10 minute walk. Prince Phillip Hospital 7-10 minute drive. Singleton Hospital 20-25 minute drive, and Glangwili 25-30 minute drive.

I’m a 36 year old male, who’s laid back, clean, tidy, respectful, who works from home. Often out in the evenings. I plan to move to move out in the near future so there will likely be a flatmate taking the other room, if you wish, you can have a say in the chosen flatmate - it’s important you feel safe and at home.

My interests/hobbies are gym, football, darts, golf, tennis, Netflix and films, out with friends etc.

Guests are welcome but not a party house by any means. Would be good to have a sociable person who respects down time.

House also has plenty of secure room for storage.
