Hello, I’m Gareth!

I'm a 33 year old professional.

I am going to have a couple of rooms available soon. My house is 5 bedrooms but my intent is to take things steady and have 2 lodgers maximum. I’d like to have a nice community. I’d prefer a long term lodger set up.

I have lots of room and a big garden so budding gardeners would be really helpful. There is plenty of room so you can have your own space.

I am relatively quiet but social person and like to keep things tidy and clean and I would appreciate the same in housemates.

I would prefer non-smokers or pets since I don't smoke but isn't a deal breaker so please still have a conversation with me.

I have one large en-suite, one large double and a small bedroom.

I have a garage and 2 workshops so I can help with storing things to maximise the space in your room. I have a large garden too and space to grow food if that’s something you might enjoy.

I have a bud stop and a shop which you can walk to in 1 minute and there are lots of nice walks nearby.
