One room on the first floor is available in a five bedroom flat. This flat has five bedrooms, 2 on ground floor, 2 on first floor, 1 on second floor. This room faces the patio and lovely trees for privacy.

The room comes with double bed, 3 large wardrobes, a nightstand, drawers, organiser, desk and chair, and a mirror. It has one bedroom above, but no noise issues I have had.

There are two bathrooms, one on the bottom floor and one on the first floor. Both are kept clean. The bottom floor has a shower/tub.

The living room is easily accessible on the first floor and separate if you want some alone time. Great for movie nights with friends.

The kitchen has lots of space with two freezers and two fridges. It also has a washing machine and dryer. We keep it clean and always make sure everyone has enough space.

Tesco, shell, and Coop are right up the road, maybe a 5 min walk which is great if you forget something for dinner. The bus stop is right across the street. I usually leave 2-3 minutes before the bus gets there. If you have a car, parking is down the road and easily accessible. Walking to campus is 15 min through Singleton park with an easy bike and walk path.

It may seem busy, but with everyone in and out of the house, it is not an issue. Everyone shares the kitchen well, with lots of cabinet and fridge space. We do our own things, but do love a good chat in the kitchen. Three of my roommates work in nursing and one is going to school. They all work occasional nights throughout the week so everyone’s schedule is different. Due to this, the house does not feel overfull, but welcoming. You have easy access to the kitchen if you want to cook alone and have only occasionally waited for the shower. My roommates are very kind, the only reason I am leaving is due to moving to a different area.

I currently have a lease till the end of January, but you are welcome to renew it for another 6/12 months after for school.
