Double room in West Cross which is ideally situated for easy access to Mumbles and Swansea. The University and Singleton Hospital are less than 2 miles away. . Buses into centre are every 15 minutes so good transport links.
The accommodation is shared with myself only. I am a professional female who is also a post graduate student. I am looking to share with another professional or post graduate student. I also have a small but loveable dog, so looking for an animal lover, to join our happy home. My home is a lovely clean environment and also recently renovated so is a really pleasant place to live. . Additionally, there is a cleaner who comes weekly which I expect a monthly contribution of £26 per month
