Heating is part central heating (included) and part newly fitted low energy infrared heating panels. You will have your own hot water tank for your power showers.

I live in the attached house and may occasionally need to pop over, but mostly you will have the place to yourself.

There is off-road parking, and patio area outside front of property.
The property is located on a country road in the small village of Cileau Aeron, not far from Aberaeron. There is a bus that you can catch up on the main road that takes you into town and further afield.
There is good walking nearby - a stones throw from the Aeron river and Llanerchaeron is just a mile or so down the road.
