The black and white room (see pictures) will be available from 23rd March to 10th May 2026 (7 weeks). The room is comfortable, in a lovely home, in a quiet village. 12 mins drive to Glangwili hospital, 8 miles from Carmarthen centre and 10 mins drive to the National Welsh Botanical gardens or about the same to Brechfa forest. Please be aware that although my house is an easy route to these places, it does require you to be a car driver as the bus service is infrequent. The bus goes into Carmarthen town centre but it doesn't go past the hospital.
The room would suit a professional on short contract, someone wanting a short break/holiday/rest or someone between houses, jobs or relationships. There are only 2 rooms rented in the house and are set apart from the landlady's (me) suite.
The house sits in a 22 acre small-holding farm and there are ducks/chickens outside and a 2 friendly small dogs indoors. All bills are included. Parking is available.
