I live in a large detached Victorian house at the top of West Cross, Swansea, a couple of miles from Singleton campus and a ten minute walk down to the seafront. The 3A and 14 buses pass close by.

There is one other male lodger here who is only up for a couple of nights a week as he lives in England, so you would have the shared bathroom largely to yourself.

The house has off street parking, wifi, a large garage and an enormous garden surrounded by trees which backs onto a brook. There's a large kitchen, utility room, study with log burner, a music room with patio doors out onto a small terrace, and a cosy sitting/dining room.

It's a pet free and smoke free house, and sorry but no couples or working from home.
