***For members of the covid cautious community only***
Hi,
I’m looking to rent out my recently renovated spare bedroom to someone covid cautious i. e. someone who also takes full airborne protections in their day-to-day life (this is a must).
I have HEPA filters in every room in the flat, I wear an FFP3 continuously at work, and always wear FFP3 socially indoors/outdoors in a poorly ventilated setting. I’m ONLY looking for someone who does the same, and also considers themselves part of the slowly but steadily growing covid cautious community.
I live in a 2-bed, 2-bath flat so you’d have your own bathroom. Living room and kitchen is of course shared. My flat is in Swansea marina, just 200 meters from the beach and a short walk to town.
I’m 38 years old, work in healthcare and love the outdoors (pretty much anything - hiking, wild camping, cycling, swimming, beginner at surfing..) as well as travelling. I’ve lived a pretty nomadic life in the past; I’ve lived for various lengths of time on 4 continents and love to chat about the world!
I’m looking for a flat mate rather than a lodger; someone respectful who would treat this like your own home and keep our shared spaces clean and tidy, and who can appreciate that I work the occasional nights so need to sleep during the day then (although I can’t normally hear you in the kitchen and living room from my room, and I’ve soundproofed the wall between the bedrooms).
Aside from covid cautious and respectful, I’m looking for a non-smoker (strictly).
I’ve got the usual home stuff – internet, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.
Bills are all included.
Please tell me a bit about yourself and why you think we would make good flatmates. Any questions for me please feel free to ask!
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Linn
