Hello ,
I do request that you are clean, polite and respect the property. I have 1 cat and a dog.
Must be an animal lover or don't bother enquring.

The house has a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room & garden.
TATA is 10mins away, I live 20mins from the town/train station. The train to Swansea takes 15-20mins and to Cardiff 30-40mins and is a 5 min walk from local amenities and bus stop. Aberavan beach is 10mins in the car & Swansea bay campus is 18mins in car and Port Talbot hospital 10mins.

Per month all bills are included - water, gas, electric, council tax and virgin fibre optic broadband.
I don't ask for a deposit but the day you move in I require the FULL amount of rent. That's non-negotiable.

I do accept couples, but at a different rate, that also goes for short term stays for example 1 week - 3 weeks.

I have a room at £600(black bedding)
And a bigger room at £650(green bedding )
