My housemate and I are advertising for two double rooms that we are currently renting, available in a friendly houseshare in St Thomas! It is a quiet, relaxed, professional houseshare and you would be living with a lovely couple. Attached are pictures from the old advert (inc. the house description!)

The house is cosy and nicely decorated inside. The location is great, just up from the marina, near the train station and Parc Tawe. There is a larger room and a smaller room available, for £430 and £400 respectively pcm (bills excl., coming to around £90 pcm incl. council tax, council tax band B).

We’re looking to find either two separate individuals to fill the 2x rooms, or a couple of friends who would like to move in together! You would basically be taking over our lodgers agreements, all organised directly with the landlord (one of the couple living there)
