Nice sized double bedroom, with wardrobe and plenty of storage and tv with a view. Very quiet area. Parking available outside the house( very quiet cul de sac.

1 bathroom upstairs and 1 toilet downstairs.

I live there full time with my 2 sons aged 5 and 6. Myself and the children are welsh speakers.
I work full time 8.15am - 5pm Mon -Fri.

Children are shared on weekends with both parents.

FEMALES preferred.

11.3 miles to Glangwili Hospital and 13.9 miles to Prince Phillip Hospital Llanelli.
