Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy ASAP.

The property is located on Norfolk Street, Mount Pleasent. The room is located on the downstairs floor and there is a downstairs bathroom which is very rarely used by the other tenants. You essentially have your own bathroom, which includes a shower as well.

The rent is £540.50/ month, excluding council tax, with the contract lasting until June 30th. The council tax is £140/month split between the working housemates.

The house is mixed with 2 proffessionals and 1 masters student, aging from 22-24. The tenants clean, chill and easy to get along with.
