I have a double Bedroom available from now in a great location just a 3 minute walk from the beach, a 10 minute walk from big Tesco’s and the town centre and 2 miles from Swansea university Singleton campus.
The house would just be shared with myself (Verity, 24) - I am a professional working mon-fri in Neath. I’m social and very active but also appreciate my quiet time! I keep the house clean and tidy and it would be important you do also. My boyfriend and his dog, (golden retriever) also spend a lot of time at the house so you would have to be comfortable with this.

Double bedroom complete with wardrobe, large tall drawers, bedside table, bed, curtains, and mirror. (All brand new).

Living areas: There are 2 living areas with TV’s. (one sitting room and one off the kitchen)

Garden - I have a small grassed and pebbled garden with a shed for storage. Great for bbq’s!
