This is only for students.
I'm moving out of my studio at the Oldway Centre by 10th April 2024 and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. It is usually £800pm but, as it is such short notice, it will be £725pm. I would prefer if the amount is paid upfront, but am open to monthly payments as well. The tenancy ends on 14/07/2024 but there may be availability to stay over the summer - you would have to check with reception.
