i’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for this academic year starting 15th July 2024 - 30th June 2025.
the house is a 7 bed house with 6 lovely and welcoming girls who are all either in their 3rd year of University or doing a masters. the house is on St Albans Road so is very close to singleton campus, is 2 minutes away from uplands and not far from the city centre. plus has amazing views of the beach!
rent is £455 a month not including bills, however they are very cheap.
i have been very happy here and i’m sure whoever is interested will be too! preferably looking for another girl to fill the room as there are already six girls in the house.
