There is a security deposit payable at the start of the tenancy, which is returned at the end of the tenancy provided that the house is in good order.

The security deposit and the first months rent are payable by the start of the contract.
After viewing, to secure a room, a non-refundable Holding Deposit of £125 is payable. This is deducted off the first months rent. Once this has been received, no further viewings will be conducted of the room reserved.
