Hi. I have a large double room with an en suite available in my home in Uplands, Swansea. It's ideally located for University and Hospital and also a short walk from the City Centre and the beach.
The room is furnished currently and empty ready to move in from 1st March.
I live with my son (14) who is here half the week, with his mum at her place the other half. My daughter (18) is also here when home from College. I also have a cat.
I work full time, from both home and office, so am around a fair bit.
