Double comfortable room is on the ground floor, next to the lounge diner, shared kitchen and new shower and toilet on the ground floor, patio and well established garden and very friendly neighbours on both sides. Shopping and amenities within walking distance, bus stop across the road and lovely park and walks 5 min away. My husband and I are friendly and very sociable always happy to chat and being helpful. When the lodger has moved in and is settled we will be moving to a bungalow in the near future.
